Agnes "Jean" Fischer, 78, of Antigo died Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at Eastview Medical and Rehabilitation Center. Jean was born June 12, 1930 in the Town of Evergreen to the late Thomas and Bertha (Rose) Campbell. She married Calvin Erspamer in 1950, they later divorced. She married Francis Fischer in 1976. Francis preceded her in death in 1988. Jean worked as a nursing assistant in home health care and nursing homes. She also managed Martinizing Cleaners in Milwaukee and waitressed at various restaurants. Mrs. Fischer also enjoyed volunteering for Red Cross and served as chairman of Senior Citizens Group for Music. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and their choir. Survivors include her son Burton Scott Erspamer of Green Bay; 2 step daughters; Gail Frances Erspamer of Oshkosh and Dawn Marie Erspamer of Wausau; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; and a brother George Campbell. Jean was preceded in death by a daughter Darlene, an infant son Andrew Thomas, 5 sisters, 5 brothers, a grandson and a great granddaughter. Funeral service will be Monday at 1:00 PM at Strasser-Roller Funeral Home. Visitation will be Monday from 12 noon until the service at the funeral home. Rev. Louise Sanford will officiate. Burial will be in the Langlade Cemetery.
