Betty J. Fehrmann

Betty J. Fehrmann, age 80, of White Lake, passed away Saturday, August 30, 2025 at Rosalia Gardens under the care of LeRoyer Hospice.

Betty was born on January 28, 1945 in Oconomowoc to the late Ralph L. and Florence M. (Tetzlaff) Wildish.

She graduated from Arrowhead High School of Hartland and went on to cosmetology school in Milwaukee. She had a career as a hair stylist for over 40 years.

On January 16, 1966, Betty was united in marriage to Jerrold N. Fehrmann at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Lebanon, WI. They lived in various cities including Watertown, Tomahawk, Wausau, and Calumet, MI before settling in White Lake. As a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in White Lake, Betty participated in the Altar Guild and the quilting group. She particularly enjoyed growing and arranging flowers for the altar.

Betty loved flower gardening, cooking and baking, and especially treasured her family.

In addition to her husband, Betty is survived by a son Reverend Ryan (Rebecca) Fehrmann of Bonduel, a granddaughter Aria, sisters Barbara (Jim) Zimmerman and Donna Benedum.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 5 at 11:00 AM at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in White Lake. Reverend Kelly Smith will officiate. Visitation will be prior to the service at the church from 9:30 AM until the service.

Interment will be in Langlade Cemetery in the Town of Wolf River. Memorial gifts may be made out to St. Matthew Lutheran Church of White Lake.
