Carol Mae Geiger

Carol Mae Geiger, age 86, of Antigo, died Monday, December 26, 2022 at Aspirus Langlade Hospital. Carol was born on April 7, 1936 to the late Herman and Ella (Moesch) Dey in Bowler, WI.

She was a graduate of Bowler High School class of 1955.

She was united in marriage to Ernest "Ernie" Geiger in January of 1968 in Waukegan, IL. He preceded her in death on February 9, 2012.

Carol was employed at Tecumseh in Chilton, WI. She was also employed at Amron Corporation for many years. Carol was a member of Ascension Lutheran Church. She enjoyed trips to the casino, camping, going for car rides and her dearly loved her family. She was kindhearted and had a smile for everyone.

Survivors include her sons; Jeff (Tracy) Geiger of Antigo and Greg Geiger (fiancé Eunice) of Laona, grandchildren; Destiny and Vanessa, sisters; Janet Carlson and Sharon Boelter.

In addition to her parents and husband, Carol was preceded in death by brothers; Donald and Darwin Dey and a sister Jean Long.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday at Ascension Lutheran Church at 11:00 AM. Reverend Dale Baumler will officiate. Visitation will be from 9:30 until the service at the church on Thursday.

Interment will be in Elmhurst Cemetery.
