Clara Bell Olson

Clara Bell Olson of Antigo passed away on September 17, 2023 at Aspirus Langlade Hospital at the age of 92.

Clara was born on May 10, 1931 in Elton to the late Raliegh and Loretta (Lewis) McGuire.

She was united in marriage to Edward Olson in 1957. He preceded her in death on November 15, 1984. The couple then resided in Antigo after marriage.

She was a faithful member of Ascension Lutheran Church. When she became unable to attend, she enjoyed reading her bible and watching church on TV. She also enjoyed visiting with friends and relatives.

Clara is survived by children Ed Olson (Jene Bates) of White Lake, Paul Olson (Lori Krueger) of Antigo, and Karen Hagar (Joe Mason) of Elizabethtown, KY, grandchildren Kristina Carnes of Elizabethtown, KY and Shalana Neuman of Marshfield, great granddaughter Natalia Neuman, and brother Bill McGuire.

In addition to her parents and husband, Clara was preceded in death by sisters Evelyn, Margaret, Josephine, and Esther, and brothers Lyle and Henry.

A graveside service for Clara will be held on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Summit Lake Lakeside Cemetery with Pastor Erik Alair officiating.
