Cynthia Mae Dabel

Cynthia "Cindy" Mae Dabel died Thursday, June 1 at Rosalia Gardens, at the age of 66, under the care of LeRoyer Hospice. Cindy was born on May 23, 1951 in Waukesha, Wisconsin to the late Earnest W. Dabel and LaVerne (Nelson) Helbling. She graduated from Mukwonago High School in 1969. Cindy worked at Briggs & Stratton and then Johnson Coil. One of the things Cindy most enjoyed doing was Mosaics at the Old Hen House. Cindy is survived by her uncles, Richard (Joan) Nelson of Mercer, Pennsylvania and Ronald (Ellie) Nelson of Livonia, Michigan, many cousins, her best friend Penny Kettlewell of Antigo, her beloved Corgis, Casey and Dodger and her dear friend Christine Schedler of Seatle. In addition to her parents, Cindy is preceded in death by her step-father, Rollin Helbling and her infant brother, Steven Eric. A graveside service will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM at Elmwood Cemetery. Memorials in Cindy's name may be directed toward Langlade County Humane Society.
