Donald W. Fredericks

Donald Wayne Fredericks died in Antigo, WI on Oct. 24, 2012 at the age of 72. He was born Jan. 15, 1940 in La Salle, IL, son of the late Albert Joseph Fredericks and Leona Francis (Windlan). He married Donna Springer on Feb. 25, 1959 in Grand Detour, IL. She survives and resides in Antigo. Mr. Fredericks graduated from Amboy High School with the class of 1958. He was employed as a meat cutter and farmer, residing in Illinois before retiring and moving to the Antigo area. He truly loved farming, and he also enjoyed woodcrafts. In addition to his wife, he is survived by 4 daughters, Karen (Kevin) Frey of Mendota, IL, Kristeen (Joe) Philhower of Ohio, IL, Kathy Cushman of Tomahawk, WI, and Sandy (Don) Wearmouth of Galena, IL; a son, Donald Andrew Fredericks of Denver, CO; a brother, Albert Milton Fredericks of Sterling, IL; an aunt, Geraldine Fredericks; 9 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren and cousins.
