Donna Starzinski

Donna Starzinski of Antigo died Fri., Dec. 2, 2011 at Langlade Hospital under the care of her family and LeRoyer Hospice. She was 73 years old. She was born Jan. 31, 1938 in Wausau, daughter of the late William E. and Lucille Mae (Ninneman) Callahan. She graduated from Wausau East High School. On June 30, 1956, she married Leo Starzinski in Wausau. He survives and resides in Antigo. Mrs. Starzinski was a homemaker, and also provided health care to individuals in their homes. She was a member of ARC, the Association for Retarded Citizens of Langlade County. She delivered the Antigo Area Shopper's Guide for many years and was also an Avon Representative. She enjoyed quilting, knitting, and visiting with people. She was a member of the Jehovah's Witness faith. Survivors, in addition to her husband, include 2 daughters, Sarah (Richard) Kalkofen of Antigo, and Brenda (Rusty) Kettner of the town of Texas; a son, Rodney Starzinski of Antigo; and 4 grandchildren, Angela and Josh Kettner, and Lance and Larissa Kalkofen. A memorial service will take place at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday Dec. 11 at Strasser-Roller Funeral Home. Visitation will be 2-3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 11 at the funeral home.
