Elaine "Kay" Kramer, age 73, of Antigo died Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Wisconsin Veterans Home at King. Kay was born on April 21, 1945 in Antigo to the late Clayton and Doris (Smith) Kramer. Kay graduated from high school in Fort Collins, CO in 1963. She was a US Army veteran enlisting in 1963 and again in 1977. She worked in the substance abuse program for the military. Upon retiring from her military service, she became a homemaker. She enjoyed crafting and word puzzles and was a huge Packer and Brewer fan. Her grandchildren meant the world to her. Survivors include a daughter, Krista (Christopher) Carley of Antigo, 4 brothers, David (Dawn) Kramer of Bryant, Jeffrey Kramer of Sparta, Patrick N. Kramer of Antigo, Barry Kramer of Phlox, a sister-in-law, Sue Kramer of Antigo, grandchildren, Colden, Cayden and Katelyn Carley, nieces and nephews, Shari Kramer, Heather (Russell) Voigt, Rob Kramer, Courtney Kramer, Tory (Scott) Krolow, Christian Kramer, Isaac Kramer, great nieces and nephews, Holly, Alexander, Austin and Aaron. In addition to her parents, Kay was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Kenton and Rodney Kramer, and a nephew, Kenny Kramer. A visitation will be held on Thursday from 4:00 – 7:00 pm at Strasser-Roller Funeral Home.
