Elden Shipley

Elden “Junior” Davison Shipley, Jr. of town of Evergreen, died February 14, 2022 in Madison. Elden was born on March 10, 1945 in the town of Evergreen to the late Elden and Dolores (Kirsch) Shipley. Elden was employed by Kolbe and Kolbe for many years and Aspen Tree Company. He also logged, worked for potato farms, and dairy farmed. Survivors include sisters: Dolores (Larry) Wickersheim of White Lake, Linda (Randy) Roberts of Elton, Debbie Gason of Chicago, LaVon Darling of Antigo, a sister-in-law Darlinda Shipley of North Carolina, special niece Rita Razor, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters: Lorilae Wallace, Amarylis Hayes, Gail Smallwood, Donna Wheeler, and a brother Jerry Shipley. In accordance with his wishes, no service will be held. Strasser-Roller Funeral Home is assisting the family.
