Ethel L. Lynn, of White Lake, died Tues. Dec. 21 at her home under the care of her family and LeRoyer Hospice. She was 88 years old.She was born June 5, 1922 in Milwaukee, daughter of the late Edward and Margaret (Paneinz) Steinbrenner.She married Ellsworth Lynn in 1944 in Sioux City IA, and he preceded her in death on Dec. 23 2000.Mrs. Lynn was employed at Gladys' Bakery in Milwaukee, and also was a homemaker who cared for her grandchildren.She enjoyed racing stock cars and playing cards with family. She treasured her grandchildren, and loved attending their sporting events. She was a member of New Hope Community Church.Survivors include 2 daughters, Barbara Hoeft of Pulaski, Dianna (Gene) Peters of White Lake; a brother Elmer (Barbara) Steinbrenner of Milwaukee; 17 grandchildren, Cheryl Paul of Casbo, Laura (Tim) Kaftroea of Green Bay, Roxanne (Keith) Mueller of Green Bay, Amy (Mike) Lutzke of Casbo, Jeff Hoeft of Casbo, Stephanie Kasbaum of New Franken, Cindy (Jim) Van Beckum of Appleton, Kelly Laabs of Green Bay, Liane (Rick Berry) Wurzer of Ringle, Tony (Jackie) Peters of White Lake, Terry Peters of White Lake, Eugene (Amy) Peters of White Lake, Jessie (Daniel) Henkelman of White Lake, Dawn (Chris) Smith of Antigo, Jon Peters of White Lake, Scott (Brenda) Lynn of Shawano, and Samantha (Steve Konrad) Lynn of Neenah; a sister-in-law Betty Steinbrenner of Milwaukee; and a daughter-in-law Linda Lynn; along with 26 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-granchildren.In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Margaret Lynn; a son Edward "Bud" Lynn; 3 sisters, Hilda Gieryn, Lorraine Busse, and Margaret Olle; and a brother, Edward Steinbrenner.
