Eunice Lorraine Page, age 91, of Pearson, died Sunday October 20, 2019 at Aspirus Langlade Hospital. Eunice was born on September 27, 1928 in Polar. She was the daughter of the late Ewald and Sylvia Flemming. She was a graduate of Antigo High School and then went on to complete cosmetology school. She worked as a beautician in Illinois. On June 10, 1950 she was united in marriage to Sterling Page at St. John's Lutheran Church in Polar. Sterling preceded her in death on February 6, 1995. After marriage the couple resided in Pearson, where Eunice was a homemaker. She was an active member and charter member of Arbutus Lutheran Church in Pearson. She was a member of their choir and bell choir and helped to create the church library. She also continued to join with the quilting circle at St. John's Lutheran Church. She was a wonderful cook and baker. Eunice was a talented seamstress and was skilled with knitting, needlepoint and crocheting. She grew a beautiful garden and canned much of her own produce. Survivors include a daughter Barbara Page of Belle Plaine, MN, 2 sons; William (Kris) Page of Antigo and Robert Page of Pearson. In addition to her husband and parents, Eunice was preceded in death by a son, Brian, a sister Elaine Rodgers and her dear friend Selim Sorenson. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM at Arbutus Lutheran Church. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at Strasser-Roller Funeral Home and on Friday from 10:00 AM until the service at Arbutus Lutheran Church. Vicar Pam Werth will officiate. Interment will be in Pearson Cemetery. A memorial in Eunice's name will be established for Arbutus Lutheran Church.
