Forrest Morgan Crandall Jr.

Forrest Morgan Crandall, Jr., age 90, of Antigo passed away on September 27, 2026, at Rennes Health and Rehab Center under the care of Aspirus at Home Hospice.

Forrest was born on March 25, 1936, to the late Forrest Crandall, Sr. and Leila (Tenney) Crandall in Elcho, WI.

Forrest graduated high school and went on to proudly serve his country in the U.S. Army from 1953 to 1959; serving in the Korean War. He worked as an over-the-road truck driver, a job he truly enjoyed up until just six months ago.

On July 21, 1962, he was united in marriage to Ruth Crandall and later Carol Crandall on September 22, 1984, both of whom have passed away.

Forrest found enjoyment reading, especially western novels. He loved hunting, fishing and helping out at Andrus Dairy Farm.

Forrest is survived by children Forrest (Robin) Crandall III, Timothy (Theresa) Crandall, Clifford Crandall and Angel Crandall; 13 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; siblings, Reverend Aiden (Faye) Crandall, Leila (Rich) Frink and Bobette Barnette.

In addition to his wives and parents, Forrest was proceeded in death by siblings, Wiley Crandall, Dell Crandall, Guy Crandall, Sherill Medo and LaRayne Hartwick; grandchildren, Jason Crandall, Timothy Crandall and Nickole Crandall; and great grandchild, Telari.

A celebration of life for Forrest will be planned for a later date. There will be a private family burial at Star Neva Cemetery.
