Frances J. "Frankie" Eastern

Frances J. "Frankie" Eastern, of Antigo, died Monday Dec. 3, 2012 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital while surrounded by her family. She was 62 years old. She was born April 22, 1950 in Rhinelander, daughter of the late Joseph and Viola (Wing) Taylor. She married Albert Eastern on Aug. 19, 1977 in Duchenne County, Utah. He survives. Mrs. Eastern was a homemaker, and caregiver for her mother. She cared for her family in the most loving and generous ways and she was always there for others. She loved coloring, doing nails, reading her Bible, and cooking. Her most treasured times were those spent with her family. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. She was a servant of God who dedicated herself to His word. Survivors, in addition to her husband, include 2 daughters, Lisa Wilson of Sandy, UT and Brenda Kennicker of Jerome, ID; a son, Donald Lee (Christina) Kennicker, Jr. of Antigo; 2 sisters, Joyce Palamakie of West Allis and Pam Doore of Salt Lake City, UT; 4 brothers, Johnny Taylor of La Grange, GA, Rick Taylor of Spokane, WA, Skip Taylor of La Grange, CA; and Bob Taylor; 8 grandchildren, Angel Lucero, Debra (Martevious) Kennicker-Watts, Jodi Kennicker, Shade Kennicker, Devin Kennicker, Paige Kennicker, Chance Kennicker, and Chase Kennicker; 3 great-grandchildren, Dominic, Jayden, and Malachi; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 1 son, Efrain Ramirez "T.C." Taylor; many brothers and sisters; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 9:00 A.M. on Saturday, Dec. 15 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Antigo. Pastor Rowell Puedivan will officiate. A time of fellowship will follow the service.
