Irene Royce, 80, of Kenosha, went to her heavenly home Wednesday, May 14, while at Brookside Care Center. She was born to the late Clarence and Rosabelle (Oliver) Royce in White Lake, Wi. on June 23, 1933. She graduated from White Lake High School and Great Lakes Bible Institute in Zion, Il. She taught school, was assistant Editor of Trailer Travel Magazine, was a dental assistant, and taught art and keyboard. She painted and won several ribbons, including a Best of Show. Her interests were music, art, crafts, photography, nature and collectible glassware and dishes. She is survived by a sister, Lorraine Royce, and sister-in-law, Norma (Luther) Royce,and 7 nephews, Greg, Mike, Scott, Dearl, Jack, Curt and Lyle and their families. She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers, Luther, Herbert, and Gerald. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 17, at 11:00 at Four Corners Assembly of God, in White Lake, Wi. with Pastor Marvin Kindle officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 9:30 A.M. until time of the funeral.
