James Franklin "Jim" Buch, age 82, of Antigo died Monday October 7, 2019 at his home. Jim was born on April 17, 1937 in Langlade County to the late John and Ruth (White) Buch. Jim attended Antigo High School. He went on to serve in the US Army. He lived and worked in Cudahy, WI then returned to Antigo in 2011. Jim loved to take walks around the community, he enjoyed the Parkview Manor community where he lived and also enjoyed playing dominos with his sisters. Jim is survived by 6 sisters; Mary Heschke of Antigo, Jean (Mike) Waters of White Lake, Adeline (Ted) Draeger of Deerbrook, Betty (Bill) Behm of Bryant, Linda (Jim) Zupon of Deerbrook, Joy (Phillip) DeBord of Germantown, a brother; Michael Buch of Kansas, and many nieces and nephews. Jim was preceded in death by 2 sisters; Phyllis Spitler and Diane Lindsey, 2 brothers; Jerry and John Buch and his parents. A private interment will take place at Star Neva Cemetery at a later date. Strasser-Roller Funeral Home is assisting the family.
