Jean P Martiny

It is with much sadness we announce the passing of Jean P Martiny, age 87. She passed peacefully in her sleep after battling dementia for years. Jean spent her last few years in Arlington Texas but her heart has always been in Antigo, Wisconsin tending to her garden and her sewing family. Jean was proceeded in death by her mother Ella Benishek Martiny, her father Ervin Martiny, her brothers Butch, Jim and Dick, her sisters Doris Pamperin, Gail Diamond, Sue Herpe, Peggy Lieserfelder and Mary Martiny Baker, her beloved son Danny McManus, and her husbands Jerry Dodge and Gary McManus. Jean is survived by her daughters Vicki Dodge, Kim Dodge and Cheryl Thrall, her deeply loved granddaughter Paula Stewart, her brother in law Ron Diamond and her sister in law Nell Martiny as well as numerous grand and great grand children, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Jean will be laid to rest forever in the family plot at Queen of Peace Cemetery. A graveside service will be held at Queen of Peace Cemetery at 1:00 PM on Monday, August 19, 2019 with Father Zach Weber officiating.
