Well, if you're reading this I'm reunited with the love of my life, best friend, and soulmate, William D. Wildman and our beloved fur babies.
I, Karen Sue (Mossak) Wildman, of Gleason was born on March 4, 1959 on Washington Island, WI. I was born 2 months prematurely at my parents' home. My mom fed me with an eye dropper. I was born to my parents, Elmer T. Mossak and Adele C. Cornell. My mom died on January 21, 1972 just before my 13th birthday. My dad remarried Margaret Stelter.
I graduated from Sheboygan North High School, class of 1977. My first job at age 16 was at Stelter's Holiday Inn - Washington Island, WI and A & W North Sheboygan, WI. After graduation, I started work at K.W. Muth Sheboygan, Kohler Company Engine Department. After being laid off, I went back to K.W. Muth. K.W. Muth sold to Masland, Lear & IAC until they closed their doors in 2010! My last job was at Lincoln Wood Products in Merrill, WI until I retired in 2021.
At work in Sheboygan, I met William D. Wildman, my best friend, and love of my life!!! We got married on February 27, 1999 in Eagle River, WI. With my soulmate, Bill, I enjoyed our land in the Northwoods, hunting, fishing, and 4-wheeling. Bill introduced me to the wonderful world of cats, Shadow, Boots, and Socks.
I'm survived by daughters Billie Jo & Valerie Adele Van DeWege, stepdaughter Amanda Wildman, beloved feline children Midnight and Salem, sister Charlene (Dave) Perl, sisters-in-law Jeanne Ahrens, Shirley (Ken) Perry, and Donna (Bob) Smith, niece Bambi, stepsister Joy Stelter Mehling, many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, special friend Virginia Lang (Sheboygan), and extended family.
I was preceded in death by my husband, parents, mother and father-in-law William G. and Ferne (Turner) Wildman & siblings-in-law, and fur babies Poky (my only dog), Shadow, Boots and Socks.
