Lamar C. Jensen

LaMar C. Jensen, age 83, of Antigo died Wednesday at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. Mr. Jensen was born May 17, 1930 in Utah to the late Clive and Ethel (Orr) Jensen. He served in the US Army. He was later employed by the US Postal Service. He enjoyed flower gardening, dancing and being with his grandchildren. He lived much of his life in Utah, during which time he was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Survivors include 2 daughters Vicki (Roger) Toth of Deerbrook and Debra Jensen; 3 sons; Johnny, Scott, Brad (Pam) Jensen and his family of Utah; a sister LaDonne (Robert) Isom; a brother Don Jensen, many grandchildren including; Sherri (Todd) Mohr and David (fiancé Lacy) Mattsen; great grandchildren; Kacy, Katie, and Jake Ison, Robynne and Stephanie Mattsen, a great great grandchild Rowyn Pagel and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Jensen was preceded in death by a son Richard Craig Jensen and a sister Norma Fullmer. In honoring Mr. Jensen's wishes, no service will be held. Strasser-Roller Funeral Home is assisting the family.
