Larry John Bricco, age 69, of Lake Villa, IL died April 13, 2022 at his home under the care of his family and Star Hospice. Larry was born October 16, 1952 to the late Francis and Arlene (Fairchild) Bricco. He attended school in White Lake where he met his future wife, June Elizabeth Clark. His family moved to Oshkosh during his senior year, where he graduated from high school. Larry served in the US Army from 1970- 1973. He was united in marriage to June on October 20, 1970, in Ft. Gordon. GA. Following service, Larry entered sales and marketing. He owned Larry Bricco Packaging and Consultant, serving the agricultural industry. While living in Neenah, he was a Big Brother. He also was a volunteer sheriff deputy while residing in Lake Villa. Survivors in addition to his wife June, include three sons: Nathan (Laura) Bricco of St. Louis, MO, Stacy (Melinda McLarin) Bricco of McKinleyville, CA, Ryan Bricco (Jessie Copeland) of Trevor, WI, a brother Gordon (Chrissy) Bricco of Bullshoals, AR, sister Linda Rozina of Athelstane, WI, and 8 grandchildren. Larry was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Ruth Raffit, and an infant brother. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, April 23 at noon at St. James Catholic Church in White Lake. Visitation will precede the service from 10:00 AM until the service at the church. Father Edmund Siguenza will officiate. Interment will be in St. James Catholic Church Cemetery. Strasser-Roller Funeral Home is assisting the family.
