Manuel Dejesus Niaves

Manuel DeJesus Niaves, Jr., age 38, died unexpectedly on December 27, 2014. He was born on June 21, 1976, to the late Cheryl Pupak. He was a graduate of Antigo High School. Most recently he worked as a welder for Bay Shipbuilding Co. in Sturgeon Bay. He enjoyed fishing and the outdoors. His greatest treasures were his daughters. Survivors include his 2 daughters, Ryann Niaves and Summer Niaves, a sister Yolanda (Kevin) Strutz, a brother Mike Schuster, Ryann's mother Jamie Husnick, and Summer's mother Laura Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Stacy Engstrand and Missy Craig and a brother Jerry Nihls. A visitation will be held on Tuesday from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Strasser-Roller Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 1:30 PM at Elmwood Cemetery.
