Margaret "Peggy" Euler

Margaret "Peggy" Euler, age 72, of Antigo died Saturday at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. Peggy was born on June 15, 1941 in Rockford, Il to the late Frank and Irene (Tippel) Alyea. She was united in marriage to Lawrence "Larry" Euler, Jr. on June 16, 2012 in Holmen, WI. He survives and resides in Antigo. Peggy was raised in Rockford, IL. She was a graduate of West High School. She continued her education and became a certified nursing assistant and worked in hospice care. She also had various careers in retail. Peggy enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Her craftwork became treasured gifts to many family members and friends. She had a kind and loving way about her and a special smile that she shared with everyone. She loved the fellowship of others and never met anyone that she wasn't fond of. She traveled throughout the world, visiting China, Russia, Israel, and Cambodia. While in Cambodia, she taught English. Her life was full of many gifts and her family was one of her most treasured. Survivors in addition to her husband include 4 sons, Peter John (fiance Cheryl Page) Fruin of Londonderry, NH, Timothy Paul (Lynn) Fruin of Roscoe, IL, Ron William, Jr. (Tina)Fruin of Cambodia, John David (Molly) Fruin of Lawrenceburg, IN, 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, a sister, Vicky (Bruce) Gable of New Richmond, WI, a brother Richard (Robin) Alyea of Virginia, 3 stepchildren, Lawrence (Virginia) Euler III of DeKalb, IL, Debbie Tuchel of Janesville, MN, Brian (Nancy) Euler of Aurora, IL, and 5 step grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son Scott Allen Fruin and a sister Sandy Noe. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 AM at Liberty Baptist Church in Antigo. Reverend Brad Anderson will officiate. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00-7:00 PM at Strasser-Roller Funeral Home and Tuesday from 9:00 AM until the service at Liberty Baptist Church. Interment will be in Knollwood Memorial Park in Manitowoc, WI.
