Marion E. Williams

Marion E. Williams, of Antigo, died Saturday, August 24, 2019 at the Bay at Eastview under the care of LeRoyer Hospice. She was 87 years old. She was born in Pearson, daughter of the late Arthur and Anastasia (Kwick) Williams. She was employed by the Farmers Home Administration, overseeing federal loans throughout a multi-county area of Northern Wisconsin. She also worked as a cook at Blackjack Steak House. Marion was a charter member of Arbutus Lutheran Church. More recently, she was member of Calvary Lutheran Church. Survivors include 2 daughters, Peg (Tom) Andres of Antigo, and Marci Majewski of Middleton; a son, Tom (Bea) Peterson of Fremont; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by John V. Peterson; 2 sons, John "Jack" A. Peterson, and Ted Peterson; a sister, Lillian Neal, Trudy Borusky, and Marcella Alverson; 4 brothers, Arthur Jr., Richard, Floyd, and Alfred; and 3 grandchildren, Brian Andres, Michael Majewski, and Maxwell Peterson. A memorial service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Strasser-Roller Funeral Home, with Rev. Karen Tews officiating. Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 Thursday at the funeral home. Private interment will take place at Pearson Cemetery.
