Mark Christopher Pozza

Mark C. Pozza, of Antigo, passed away unexpectedly on April 16, 2023 at the age of 59.

Mark was born in Antigo on November 29, 1963 to father Mike (Beth) Pozza of Antigo and mother the late Patricia Hubatch. He graduated from Antigo High School in 1982. He spent time residing in Brooklyn Park, MN and Appleton. In Appleton he worked as a parts and service manager for Boldt Construction for just shy of 30 years before retiring to Antigo.

Mark had many interests and enjoyed his life to the fullest. He enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and boating. He made sure boat rides were entertaining for all with his river rage. He loved watching ESPN, following all the Wisconsin sports teams, and cheering on the Duke Blue Devils as well. He enjoyed all types of music and was an excellent cook. He treasured time spent with family and friends.

In addition to Mike and Beth, Mark is survived by sisters, Michelle (Eddie) Cooper of Maryville, TN, Melissa (Don) Nenneman of Sturgeon Bay, and Marsha Pozza (Todd Smith) of Sturgeon Bay, nephew Ben Richling of Antigo, dear friends Rob and Wendy Wiegert of Antigo, mother’s husband Richard Hubatch, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In addition to his mom, Mark was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

A memorial service for Mark will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 12:00 PM at Strasser-Roller Funeral Home. Visitation will take place prior to the service at the funeral home from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Mark’s name can be directed to the American Diabetes Association.
