Mark S. Reed Sr.

October 6, 1958 — January 18, 2025

It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the unexpected passing of Mark S. Reed Sr. from Trevor, WI. He tragically lost his life due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident, leaving behind a legacy that will be cherished by all who knew him. He was 66 years old.

Mark's journey began on October 6, 1958, in the beautiful state of Tennessee, where he was welcomed into the world by his loving parents, the late James and Jaunita (Jackson) Reed. He married his soulmate Debra Lee Wilson on August 24, 1982, in the charming town of Kenosha.

Mark was a skilled machinist in the metal part manufacturing industry, where he took pride in his work. He found joy in the great outdoors, whether it was casting a line while fishing or feeling the wind on his face during motorcycle rides. A true dog lover, Mark had a special place in his heart for his furry friends. However, what he cherished most was the precious time spent on the water, particularly those memorable fishing trips with his grandsons and dear friends, which filled his life with laughter and love.

Along with his beloved wife, Mark leaves behind his cherished son, Mark Jr. (Krystal) Reed of Genoa City, who will carry on his legacy. He is also survived by his adored grandsons, Mason and Luke Reed, his loving sisters Valentina (George) Chirempes and Vicky Ashmus and his devoted brothers Ronald Reed, Tim Reed, and John (Liz) Reed. Mark's memory will continue to shine through his many nieces and nephews, who held a special place in his heart.

In addition to his loving parents, Mark was also welcomed into eternal rest by his cherished brother, Leonard James Reed.

A heartfelt celebration of life for Mark will be held at a later date.
