Minette "Mickey" Zaddack

Minnette "Mickey" Zaddack, age 92, formerly of White Lake, died Monday at Eastview Medical and Rehabilitation Center.Mickey was born October 14, 1917 in Escanaba, MI to the late George and Signa (Larsen) Cunard.She married Marvin Zaddack on February 22, 1952 in Suring,WI. Marvin preceded her in death on November 21, 2009.Mickey worked in retail for many years, working in a jewelry store and also a bait and tackle store. She was secretary for the Chamber of Commerce in Lake Tomahawk.Along with her husband, she owned and operated M&M Tree Farms. Mickey enjoyed fishing, hunting, flowers , and observing the wild life in her yard.She always welcomed friends into her home, offering coffee, a meal and good friendship.She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Polar.Mickey is survived by nieces and nephews, special friends; Joan and Bill Novak, Todd and Tracey Novak and their family, Troy and Jodie Novak and their family, Virginia and Julie Pomasl, Fritz Buettner, Max and Linda Johnson, and Mike and Mary Winski.A memorial will be established in Mickey's name.
