Nancy Nelson, age 77, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2020 at home, surrounded by her family. In the eyes of the unwise, she seemed to die, but she is at peace (Ws 3:33). God’s special fondness for Nancy is much greater than we could ever have (best friend, wife, mother of two, grandmother of seven, and great grandmother of four, plus one due July 8, 2020, and mentor). He called her home to himself at the time he did because it was the right time for her and the right time for us. Be consoled; she is now safe in his hands where no pain, malice, or torment can touch her. Sugar Babe, to have shared your amazing life journey was a true blessing from God. All my dreams are with you at my side, ever smiling, ever gentle on my mind. You are an amazing human being and life partner. The love of my life and more. You are my best friend. To know Nancy is to love her. Nancy was born in Antigo on August 30, 1942 to Edward and Marjorie (Smith) Borneman. She graduated from Antigo High School, class of 1960.
