Paul Spinler

Paul Spinler, of Shawano, died Mon. July 25, 2011 at the Shawano Medical Center, at the age of 76. He was born Sept. 10, 1934 in Antigo, son of the late Frank and Lara (Elridge) Spinler. He volunteered at church and with the food pantry. He enjoyed drinking root beer, playing bingo, horseback riding, watching cars, and he especially loved being with his family. Survivors include a sister, Jane (Arnie) Carlson of Antigo; a brother, Joseph (Eleanor) Spinler of Antigo; nieces and nephews; and his friend DeDe. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, John & Sara Eldridge, and Anton & Mary Spinler; a sister, Yvonne Fravel; and 2 brothers, Richard and J.D. Private services will take place with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. Strasser-Roller Funeral Home is assisting the family.
