Ralph Johnston

Ralph Ernest Johnston, age 72, of Deerbrook, passed away on June 6, 2026 at his home.

Ralph was born on May 18, 1954 in Munich , Germany to the late Ernest and Maria (Gurk) Johnston.

Ralph was raised in Colorado and moved to Wisconsin in the late 1980’s. He was an accomplished welder and worked in equipment manufacturing.

He loved the outdoors, fishing and riding his motorcycle. Ralph also enjoyed do it yourself projects, one of those projects being renovating his cabin on Indian Lake in Deerbrook, where he loved living.

Ralph will be lovingly remembered by his sister Diana (Richard) Parkos of Richmond, KY, his brother Johnny (Chris) Johnston of Pueblo West, CO, and his nieces Stacey Johnston and Samantha (Yale) McNeill.

In addition to his parents, Ralph was preceded in death by a son Benny Kerstetter, a stepdaughter Holly Spangler and nephews Chris Samson and Michael David Johnston.

A visitation will be held on Friday from 1:00pm until 2:30 PM at Strasser-Roller Funeral Home with a service of remembrance at 2:30 PM.
