Randy Wedemayer

Randy Wedemayer, longtime Antigo resident, died at his home on Tues., July 7 under the care of his family and LeRoyer Hospice. He was 57 years old.He was born Jan. 29, 1952 in Milwaukee, son of Julius and Shirley (Cork) Wedemayer. He married Bonnie (Laehn) in 1989 at the United Methodist Church in Antigo. She survives.Mr. Wedemayer worked with his father and brother installing drywall. He later operated his own drywall business. He was also employed at Brunswick and Sergeant Electric. He enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, golf, pool, poker, and football.In addition to his wife, Bonnie, survivors include his mother Shirley Wedemayer of Antigo; a daughter Renee (Seth) Schroepfer of Antigo; a sister Mary (Tony) Poch of Antigo; 2 brothers, Mike of Florida, and David (Bonnie) of Antigo; and many nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his father, Julius, and a sister, Nancy Wedemayer.
