Scott Wagnes

Scott Richard Wagnes, age 52, died December 27, 2020 in Scottsdale, AZ. Scott was born May 19, 1968, the son of Roger and Diane (Bula) Wagnes. He was a graduate of Antigo High School class of 1986. Scott worked for WI Kenworth as a diesel mechanic. Prior to that, he spent many years working at Krueger & Steinfest. He had a passion for working on and restoring cars. He genuinely enjoyed car shows, flea markets, and road trips. In addition to his parents, Scott is survived by his daughter; Savannah Wagnes of Antigo, a son; Greg Krueger of Antigo, sisters; Jamie (Shane) Lund of Antigo, Nikki (Andrew Spangberg) Olson of Wausau, granddaughters; Josie and Jaida, his nephews; Bailey Olson, Dustin (Ashley) Lund, Sam Lund, his “ride or die” friends; Scott “Gibby” Gibbons and Ken Seis, and the love of his life; Tammy Lex of Birnamwood. Scott is also survived by his extended family, Ken (Shirley) Markgraf, Aniwa, Rhonda (Dennis) Klement, Antigo, Allyssa Zoern (Logan) Great Falls, MT and Allivia Zoern, Warrensburg, MO Rachel (Tim) Karpf, Kaden and Jacine, Hortonville. A walk-through visitation with social distancing will be held on Friday, January 22, 2021 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Strasser-Roller Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established for a future Scott Wagnes Memorial Car Show.
