Sharon Linnenmann

Sharon Linnemann of Antigo passed away on July 4, 2025 at Rosalia Gardens under the care of LeRoyer Hospice. She was 79 years old.

Sharon was born on October 24, 1945 in Antigo to the late John and June (Warner) Ottman. She married Edwin “Butch” Linnemann on September 10, 1994 in Summit Lake. He preceded her in death on March 13, 2020. She graduated from Antigo High School and went on to own and operate the Antigo Rental Center. Sharon was known for being a hard worker. She had a special love for hummingbirds and was an avid reader. She was dedicated to service and community and was actively involved in the Rhinelander Lions Club.

Survivors include children; Carmen Waukau (Mike Schey) of Liberty, SC, Jennifer (Floyd) Welch of Antigo, and Douglas Waukau of Stevens Point, step children; Vicki (Joel) Eldridge of Antigo, Jeff (Tammy) Linnemann of Antigo, and Marck (Robin) Linnemann Silverberg of Denver, CO, grandchildren; Jessica (Justin) Becknell, Rachelle (Luke) Besaw, Sarah Hinzman, and Chance Welch, great grandchildren; Kensley and Jaxon Becknell and Emery Besaw.

In addition to her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by a brother John Ottman.

In accordance with Sharon’s wishes, no services will be held.
