Steven Johnson

Steven Johnson, of Oxford, WI, died Sun., Aug. 9 in Saluda, NC while on a stop from his trucking job. He was 32 years old.He was born March 9, 1977 in Marshfield, son of Douglas and Linda (Price) Johnson. They survive and reside in Deerbrook.Mr. Johnson graduated from Antigo High School in 1995. He served in the US Air Force, stationed in Arizona and Saudi Arabia.He was employed at James Dean Trucking, and enjoyed fishing, hunting, darts, and pool.He was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Polar.Survivors, in addition to his parents, include a brother, Brian (Becky) Johnson of Antigo; maternal grandmother, Beatrice Price of Polar; paternal grandmother, Lola Johnson of Wittenberg; a niece, Elizabeth; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.He is preceded in death by maternal grandfather Ray Price; paternal grandfather Lawrence Johnson; 2 uncles, Larry Johnson, Jr., and Dennis Johnson.
