Suzanne Beckingham

Suzanne “Sue” Beckingham of Antigo passed away on April 28, 2022 surrounded by family. Sue was born on January 27, 1947 in Milwaukee, daughter of the late Edwin Harrison Wolff & Theresa Leona (Neumann). She moved to Antigo in 1953 and married Larry Beckingham on August 31, 1968, at St John Catholic Church, Antigo WI. She worked as an Administrative Assistant with the Unified School District of Antigo for 35 years Sue’s family meant the world to her. She is survived by children; Terri Peters of Trempealeau, WI and Ted Beckingham of LaPorte, IN, grandchildren; Courtney (Casey) Johnson, Matthew (Hope) Marvin, Dakota Beckingham, Kaylee Beckingham, and Khloe Beckingham, great grandchildren; Claire Johnson, Ashton Beckingham, Carter Markgraf, and one on the way, sisters-in-law; Joanne Bornemann, Pam Parlier, and Barb Beckingham, brothers-in-law; Pete Spiegl and Mark Mueller. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, lifelong friend; Chis Haedike and bonus Grandchildren: Sean Peters & Amber Peters and their children Kora, Elliot, and Alistair In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by brother Kenneth Wolff, parent-in-law; Alfred and Velda Beckingham, sibling-in-laws; Sandy Spiegl, Karen Mueller and Mike, Timothy, and Harry Beckingham, nephews: Brian and David Royce, and Jason Bornemann and lifelong friend; Sally Benes. A memorial mass for Sue will take place on Friday, May 6, 2022 at 3:00 PM at St. John Catholic Church with Father Joel Sember officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the service at the church from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Burial will follow at St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery in Polar. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Sue’s name can be directed to her family so that they may be donated to Saints Peter and Paul Catholic School in Independence, WI.
