Terri L. Below

Terri L. (Teske) Below passed away on October 18, 2023 at Aspirus Langlade Hospital, surrounded by her family.

Terri was born on January 25, 1951 in Antigo, WI, daughter of the late Dwight and Donna (Rusch) Teske. She graduated from high school with the class of 1969. Terri was a lifetime member of Peace Lutheran Church. Terri had a long career working in the medical services field, retiring in 2010. Terri married John Below of Antigo on April 26, 1984.

Terri enjoyed camping with family and friends, especially at Shady Brook Campground in Post Lake, WI. She also enjoyed reading, golfing, bowling, fishing, and caring for her beloved Golden Retriever, Ginger.

Terri is survived by her husband John, son Pete (Kiersten) Jung of Owensville, OH, grandson Jacob Jung of Owensville, granddaughter Susannah (Doug) Grau of Westchester, OH, sister Amy Drew of Antigo, niece Marni (Keith) Harmon of Merril, and grandnieces, Willow Harmon, Lillian (Alex) Stoerzer and Katrina Grambort, sister Marji (Cash) Majewski of Antigo and nephew Daniel Majewski, mother-in-law June Below of Antigo, brother-in-law William (Bobbi) Below, nephew Jackson Below, brother-in-law Gerald (Lynda) Below, and nephew Brandon (Samantha) Below.

Terri was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents John and Evelyn Rusch and Adolph and Lillian Teske, niece Angie Grambort, and father-in-law William Below.

Private graveside services are being held at Elmwood Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held next summer.
