Thomas Stanley Rustick of Elcho passed away on September 15, 2024 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. He was 84 years old.
Tom was born on February 11, 1940 in Laona to the late Stanley and Lorraine (Baade) Rustick.
Tom attended Monico Grade School and graduated from Elcho High School. He went on to attend UW Madison for a year. On December 16, 1961, Tom was united in marriage to Judy (Howe) at St. Luke Lutheran Church in Elcho. The couple moved to Milwaukee where they began their family and Tom worked at Cutler-Hammer. The couple then settled back in Elcho where Tom worked in farming and logging.
During his free time, Tom enjoyed traveling, bowling, and fishing. However, he was known for being a hard worker and found a purpose for all the hobbies he took part in. He most treasured the time spent with his family.
In addition to his wife, Tom is survived by children; Jeffrey (Beth) Rustick of Neenah, Michael (Heather) Rustick of Elcho, James (Kelly) Rustick of Elcho, and Samuel (Sylvia) Rustick of Williamston, SC, grandchildren; Kyle, Derek, Cody, Benjamin, Jason, Andrew “AJ”, Jenna, Zachery, Jacob, and Sammi, and great grandchildren; Evelyn, Grace, Myles, Claire, Harvey, Kevin, Rosalina, Ezekiel, and Jackson.
In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by a sister Kathleen Olinske.
