Tomiena Rose Erlandson

Tomiena Rose “Tommy” Erlandson, age 92, of Antigo was called home to the Lord on Monday, October 27, 2025.

Tommy was born on June 14, 1933 in Polar, a daughter of the late Roy L. and Nellie M. (Campbell) Pool.

Tommy was a graduate of Antigo High School.

On October 31, 1959 she married Eugene Miller. He preceded her in death in 1985. Tommy was then united in marriage to Dale Erlandson on January 17, 2007 in Las Vegas. He survives.

Tommy enjoyed singing and was a member of The Noteblenders. She also enjoyed fishing, cooking and family gatherings. She and Dale loved to travel.

Tommy will be dearly remembered for her sweet smile and terrific sense of humor.

Survivors in addition to her husband, Dale, include 2 sisters: Sandy (Jim) Gardner of Green Bay and Bonnie (Roger) Passow of Minocqua, 3 brothers: Bill (Kathy) Pool of Channing, MI and Jim Pool of Polar.

Tomiena was preceded in death by her parents, sisters: Ethel Kosinski, Evelyn Mortenson, brothers: Roy, Albert, and Tom.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Ascension Lutheran Church. Reverend Erik Alair will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the service at the church. Interment will be in the Town of Polar Cemetery.
