Toni J. Kendall

Toni J. Kendall of Antigo, died on Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital at the age of 71. She was born Jan. 22, 1943 in Antigo, daughter of the late Edward and Mae (Ferguson) Miller. Ms. Kendall graduated from Antigo High School in 1961, and attended cosmetology school in Green Bay. After cosmetology school, she was employed at Mode Beauty Shoppe. She later resided in St. Louis, where she owned and operated a hair salon. She then returned to Antigo, owning and operating D & M Hair Fashions for 28 years. She enjoyed needlepoint, knitting, and spending time with her pets, children, and grandchildren. Survivors include 2 sons, Preston (Cricket Dokey) Kendall of Hanover Park, IL and Tyson (Kerry) Kendall of Maple Park, IL; and 2 granddaughters, Charlie Scarlett and Avery Rose. In accordance with her wishes, no services are scheduled. Strasser-Roller Funeral Home is assisting the family. Memorials may be directed to the Langlade County Humane Society, or adopt a pet and think of Toni.
