Wayne "Charlie" Kubczak

Wayne Anthony Kubczak “Charlie” passed away unexpectedly on September 12, 2026 at his home.

Charlie was born on March 9th, 1960 in Milwaukee, WI to the late Lillian (Hohenwater) and Donald Kubczak.

Charlie graduated from Milwaukee Trade and Technical High School in 1978. He went on to obtain technical diplomas from Northcentral Technical College in Industrial laser and machine tool operations in 2007. He was employed at Waukesha Bearings as machinist.

Charlie enjoyed woodworking, fishing, gardening, cooking and was an avid bowler. He dearly loved his dogs, Molly and Shandy, and his grandchildren.

He is survived by his son, David (Erin) Voss of Kewaunee, WI; daughter Melanie (Michael) Alphonse of New Jersey, sister Carol Miller of Sarasota, FL, grandchildren Jacklyn Moravaec, Isabella Voss, Lorelai Voss, Charlie Voss, Kholton (Allison) Eggler, Addison Robles, Emilie Robles, Ajay Jain, Amir Jain, and Zoey Alphonse, brother-in-law David Sielski, and sister-in-law Linda Kubczak. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Susan Sielski and brother, Dennis Kubczak.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at Strasser-Roller Funeral Home at 2:00 PM with Deacon Peter Schlegel officiating. A visitation will take place prior to the service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
