Weston E. Remington

Weston E. Remington, of Antigo, died Wednesday, October 22 at Langlade Hospital under the care of LeRoyer Hospice. He was 95 years old. He was born in Antigo on October 20, 1913, the son of George and Nettie (Beard) Remington. He married Thelma (Graham) in December 22, 1942 in Brisbane, Australia. She survives. After graduating high school, he served in the US Army from May 10, 1941 to June 25, 1945. Mr. Remington was employed at Kraft Foods. He enjoyed woodworking, riding horses, and motorcycling. He was a member of First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter Marie; 4 sisters, Alta Hutchins, Eleanor Fischer, Helen Strasser, and Ivy Besaw; and 1 brother, Clinton.
