Wilma Meyer

Wilma L. Meyer, age 91, of Antigo died Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at Care Partners in Antigo under the care of LeRoyer Hospice. Wilma was born on August 4, 1925 in the Town of Antigo to the late William and Verna (Bornemann) Lucht. On February 9, 1949 she was united in marriage to Ervin W. Meyer. He preceded her in death on October 10, 2009. Wilma dairy farmed along with her husband and was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening and fishing. She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church. Survivors include a son Robert (Ruth Ann) Meyer of Antigo, a sister Norma (Don) DeBroux, and a granddaughter Pamela (Christopher) Brinkman. In addition to her husband and parents, Wilma was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Virginia Summ and Dorothy Neigenfind, a brother David Lucht, and a grandson Curtis Meyer. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:30 a.m. at Peace Lutheran Church. Rev. David Karolus will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:30 at the church on Monday. Interment will follow the service in Elmwood Cemetery.
